  Bought a second-hand car , the first wash the paint started to come off The roof. they had touched up all the imperfections, so it look good when I first bought it but a week later you could see the touchup areas as the paint came off .

  He then tried to tell me that somebody else was interested in the car and they were awaiting a cheque any minute! Really a cheque? Then he became rude when i said to let them have it as i wasn't in the habit of rushing my decisions. Charmless experience- because of him and the experience I had today I would never use this company ever again

  Terrible attitude towards used car sales, the sales manager was the least charismatic, least helpful person I've dealt with in a long time. Here's an idea, don't conduct a sales pitch while dragging on a cigarette behind a wall! He didn't even know the prices of the used car that I had arranged to see and he made very little effort to find out, on top of which he offered a very lowball trade-in on my vehicle.

  I had my 2013 Hilux SR5 serviced at Blood Toyota today. The staff seemed to take an interest in the issues I raised about the car, and I was impressed that they resolved them at no extra cost. Staff were professional and would have no hesitation returning here to service my vehicle.
